CCS is short for Battery Connection System. It is commonly used in power battery packs and energy storage batteries. Its main functions include: current transmission, collection of cell voltages, and collection of cell temperatures. It conducts real-time detection and monitoring, and transmits the collected signals to the BMS battery management system. Structurally, it is composed of components such as the diversion plate (aluminum sheet), (FPC, FDC, PCB), and insulating support (insulating film, thermoforming, plastic support). The process is much simpler. The traditional FPC hole plate manufacturing process requires more than 21-30 steps. However, the FDC method can complete the process in just 2 steps. 2. More environmentally friendly: The FPC production process involves numerous equipment and a long series of procedures, and it also requires a large amount of wastewater treatment. The FDC is manufactured through die-cutting technology, enabling zero pollution and zero emissions. 3. Compared with traditional FPC, the low-cost FDC has fewer production processes, no pollution, and is more efficient. It can effectively reduce the production and processing costs of products and significantly cut the procurement costs for customers by over 30%. 4. Advantages of FDC technology in line width and line spacing: Both line width and line spacing can reach 0.25 - 0.3mm. Performance guarantee: The performance is equal to that of traditional FPC products. The double 85 test for 1000 hours has been completed. Fuse: At local positions, the line width and line spacing can reach 0.15, thereby achieving the function of a fuse. Compared with FPC, the length of FDC can be more than twice that of FPC, and FDC can be as long as 2-3 meters. Purpose: It can be applied to various sub-components such as battery module, car seats, rearview mirrors, car lighting, sensing & signal systems, dashboard, engine & gearbox, audio-visual systems, etc.

On the vast ocean, fish attractors are crucial tools for fishermen to lure fish schools and conduct net fishing. When LED lights, known for their energy conservation and environmental friendliness, entered people's daily lives in thousands of households, the problem of low-cost heat dissipation for ultra-large power LED chips could not be effectively solved. Therefore, replacing traditional metal halide lights with LED lights in marine fishing is not an easy task.
Traditional metal halide lamps have high power consumption and consume a lot of energy. Moreover, the electricity for fishing vessels at sea is entirely provided by the diesel engines on board, which severely limits the time vessels can spend at sea and the amount of fish they can catch.
The fishing LED lights we developed use custom power supplies, with input voltages ranging from 180 to 400 volts. Each lamp has a power of up to 1200W and is equipped with an excellent heat dissipation system. Each set of lamp power supply and light source, along with the heat sink, weighs no more than 2 kilograms. Optically, it uses a 20-degree lens, which has excellent underwater penetration capabilities. Moreover, it is customized with different color temperatures for different fish species, achieving energy savings and precise fishing.
